Although we were founded as an industrial coating shop, we’ve never lost touch with our automotive backgrounds. Many of our customers have been pleasantly surprised to find that we have developed processes to duplicate original finishes needed for their restorations. We’ve spent a lot of time and resources coming up with our techniques to replicate factory finishes for high end restorations from Ferrari's to Shelby's to GTOs and more. Since the majority of our customers live in the Northeast, we needed to find a way to keep bare metal and cast iron looking fresh without the oxidation and rust that occurs naturally. From there, we developed a process to mimic iron phosphate on parts like spindles, springs, and hood hinges. Our latest project has been a way to duplicate electroplate galvanize on stamped sheet metal. Our new process gives the protection of powder coating with the look of fresh galvanizing. We also offer high temperature ceramic coating for exhaust manifolds in cast iron or black.
